Introducing Carlton Wright. Carlton is the Director of Bands at Alabama A&M University. Mr. Wright was groomed with a Dream Team of music educators and peers on his way to becoming Head Band Director at a major HBCU program. Tonight we find out where Mr. Wright is from, were he went to school, who he studied under and with and how he became Band Director at Alabama A&M University.
